I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a clear mission: to help people with mental health conditions live capable, fulfilling, and functional lives.
I don’t believe in reducing people to checklists or labels. Medication can be an important tool, but it’s not the whole answer. Real progress happens when we look at patterns, habits, internal responses, and the practical barriers that keep someone stuck. My approach blends thoughtful medication management with brief, focused psychotherapy and coaching-style strategies designed for real life, not just the therapy room.
I often work with individuals who are outwardly functioning but internally struggling—people who keep going, keep achieving, and keep holding things together while quietly feeling exhausted, blocked, or disconnected from themselves. My role is to help remove what’s in the way so that your diagnosis becomes part of your story, not the limit of it.
Born in Moldova, Eastern Europe’s wine country, I am a mother to one and a stepmom to two amazing humans. Travel feeds my soul, I love exploring new places and returning to Europe to spend time with my extended family. You’ll often find me savoring good food, meaningful conversations, and the quiet beauty of everyday moments.
